Successful payments will be matched to the relevant applicant, learner, invoice, programme or institutional engagement and recorded for reconciliation.

Merchant responsibility: ADR-SRI is the merchant responsible for the programme or service purchased, customer support, delivery of the approved service, refunds where applicable and dispute resolution relating to that purchase. ADR-SRI does not operate as a payment aggregator or payment service provider for third parties.

Customer, delivery, refund & privacy information

These temporary policies provide clear information for applicants and customers while the full production website is being finalised. Programme-specific terms communicated in an admission offer, invoice or signed institutional agreement also apply.

Delivery Policy

Professional education services are delivered face-to-face, online or in blended format as stated for the relevant programme.
After confirmed payment and eligibility, learners receive the appropriate onboarding, timetable, access instructions or institutional correspondence.
Digital access is provided using the approved ADR-SRI learner environment or an approved partner platform.
Institutional services are delivered according to the written quotation, proposal, engagement letter or contract.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the programme, timing of withdrawal, services already delivered, third-party costs already incurred and any published programme-specific terms.
Where ADR-SRI cancels a paid programme before delivery and no acceptable alternative is agreed, eligible payments will be refunded according to the applicable terms.
Requests should be submitted promptly to admissions@adr.edu.gh with the applicant/customer name, transaction reference and reason.
Any non-refundable elements must have been disclosed before payment or set out in the applicable offer/invoice/terms.

Privacy & Data Protection

ADR-SRI processes applicant, learner and customer information for admissions, programme administration, learner support, payment reconciliation, regulatory obligations and service delivery.
Payment-card details are not intended to be stored by ADR-SRI when transactions are processed through an approved payment provider.
Personal information is restricted to authorised personnel and approved service providers with a legitimate operational purpose.

Questions about a payment, programme, invoice or service should first be directed to ADR-SRI using the contact details below.
Please include your transaction reference or application reference where available.
ADR-SRI will investigate transaction/service discrepancies and communicate the next step or resolution path.
Applicants should never send full card details, PINs or OTPs to ADR-SRI staff.
